Booking
Use this form to book a time for your round of golf.

As Gairloch is a 9-Hole course you will need to book both Front 9 and Back 9 times for an 18-Hole round. The minimum time for 9-Holes is 90 minutes, but if you would like a break between the rounds please select a later Back 9 time. Note that the first available Back 9 time may be (much) more than 90 minutes after your Front 9 time.

When you select your times they will be reserved for 2 minutes. After that time they will be released and other golfers will be able to book them, so please complete your booking promptly after selecting your time(s).

When you confirm your booking, a confirmation will be sent to your email address so please ensure you enter this correctly.

Note that at the present time (during the COVID 19 pandemic) we require the names of all players and a contact number for the purposes of the Government's Track and Trace system.

​You will be given a 6 character booking code which will be shown on your confirmation. Please retain this. If you need to change your booking or cancel it then you will need the code. By entering the code and selecting 'Display booking' you will be able to cancel the booking. To change your booking you must create a new booking and then cancel the old one. Please cancel all bookings you no longer require in order to make the times available to other players.

Payment
Unless all players on your booking are members of Gairloch Golf Club then a payment will be required. Currently this can only be made using the 'Honesty Box' at the clubhouse. Please use the Green Fee information on our Home page to calculate the cost of your booking and bring the correct payment when you play. Thank you!
